The attached ordinance changes the name of the <br /> Neighborhood Services Division to the Neighborhood Services Department. This change will <br /> grant the directar, Mr. Fluker, the authorization to approve daily departmental operations such as; � <br /> routine check requests, vacations, travel requests, establish administrative policy and procedure, <br /> and participate in manager staff ineetings. <br /> The areas of Neighborhood Standards and Neighborhood Renewal will remain under the <br /> direction of this department. <br />
