, <br /> r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-112 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL PERMIT � <br /> B-3 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT PLAN �' <br /> -SW CORNER OF KING STREET AND FAIRVIEW AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of December, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Real Estate Investors of Decatur, LLC, to <br /> amend a special use permit previously granted by this Council, for a B-3 Neighborhood <br /> Shopping District Plan on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as <br /> follows: <br /> A part of the Southwest Quarter('/) of the Southeast Quarter('/) of Section Nine <br /> (9), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., and more <br /> particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the <br /> North right-of-way line of Norfolk & Western Raikoad (formerly Wabash <br /> Railroad) with the present West right-of-way line of S.B.I. Route 48 (Fairview <br /> Avenue) said point being approximately 59.2 feet North of and 80.2 feet West of <br /> the Southeast Corner of said Southwest Quarter (%), Southeast Quarter ('/), <br /> Section Nine (9); thence North 90° W (Assumed bearing) 1244.25 feet along said <br /> railroad right-of-way line to the West line of said Southwest Quarter (%4) , <br /> Southeast Quarter ('/), Section Nine (9); thence N 0°21'38" E, 557.88 feet along <br /> the West line of said Southwest Quarter(%), Southeast Quarter ('/<), Section Nine <br /> (9) to its intersection with the South right-of-way line of King Street; thence <br /> North 87° 04' 20"E 539.73 feet along said right-of-way line; thence N 88° OS' 18" <br /> E, 389.98 feet, thence S O1° 54' 42" E 10.00 feet; thence N 38° 19' 29" E, 34.06 <br /> feet; thence N 88°OS' 18" E, 88.00 feet, thence S 88° 56' 31"E, 50.49 feet; thence <br /> S 42° 46' 04" E, 56.08 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line; thence N 89° <br /> 50' 32" W. 35.03 feet; thence S 00° 09' 28" W, 233.93 feet to the point of <br /> beginning encompassing 16.87 acres more or less, and situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br />
