The subject property is the site of the Blue Mill Restaurant, which has been at this <br /> site for several years. Also on the property in question is a multi-family apartment <br /> house and finro commercial/residential structures. <br /> 2. The petitioner originally submitted a plan for consideration in November that showed <br /> a three story commercial and residential building. This plan was withdrawn the day <br /> of the Plan Commission meeting. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 3. The project consists of a two story commercial building containing a restaurant, a <br /> banquet facility, a bank, retail space and office space. The total square footage of <br /> the project is 33,000 square feet. The developers propose an L-shaped building <br /> constructed right up to the sidewalks that would include storefronts and office space. <br /> A bank is proposed for the eastern end, opposite three drive through lanes.
