Beginning at a point on the east right-of-way line of 27th Street 703.25 feet north <br /> of the Northwest corner of Lot 53 of Heminger Heights as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 335 Page 512 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; thence east 932.78 feet; thence south 223 feet; thence west 932.78 feet; <br /> thence north 223 feet to the point of beginning, � <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to M-1 Light Industrial District; and, II, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said II� <br /> petition be granted. I <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. T'hat the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 Single <br /> Family Residence District to M-1 Light Industrial District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations,restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
