7 <br /> t � � • . <br /> 9 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-97 <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - 1200 BLOCK WEST WOOD STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, <br /> parking be, and it is hereby, prohibited at all times on both sides of West Wood Street from the east <br /> right-of-way line of Fairview Avenue east to the Norfolk and Southern Railroad right-of-way. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
