Q��"+ �ee Recorder AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY - 2667 EAST MOUND ROAD - WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Arlinda.Bevins, requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: Beginning at a point 397.5 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-Six (36), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M.; thence South 330.38 feet; thence East 132.50 feet; thence North 330.38 feet; thence West 132.50 feet to the point of beginning; and, WHEREAS, it appeazs said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section l. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same aze hereby, approved.
