NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CTTY COUNCII,OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the above described portion of alley be, and the same is hereby, vacated as a public alley inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest will be subserved by such vacation, said portion of alley bei.ng shown on the plat thereof hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof.
