. � � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-87 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> i -SW CORNER OF ASH AVENUE AND <br /> NORTH MARTIN LUTHER II�NNG.JR.DRIVE- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Land of Lincoln Credit Union to rezone <br /> premises described as: <br /> Lot One (1) of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br /> of Section 26, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 149, Page 600 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, except that part dedicated to public right-of-way. Situated in <br /> Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED,BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br />
