NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby,received,placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special peimit be, and it is hereby, granted to Old King's Orchard Community Center Board, and only to Old King's Orchard Community Center Board, to construct, operate and maintain a privately-owned community center upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked Eachibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: (a) That the Landscaping Plan be approved by the Economic and Urban Development Department of the City of Decatur; (b) That the parking on North Church Street observe the twenty-five (25) foot front yard setback; (c) That final site plans shall be approved by the Economic and Urban Development and Engineering and Infrastructure Departments of the City of Decatur. Section 4. That said special use permit granted hereby, be, and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended to show the granting and existence of this special use permit.
