' • .� <br /> , , , . <br /> 3. The third ordinance, which becomes E�chibit C to the Agreement, requires the City to <br /> regulate encroachments into the public right-of-way. Encroachments might include <br /> buildings, signs, fences, sidewalks or other objects that may be positioned in the public <br /> right-of-way. IDOT did perform a field review and no encroachments were noted that <br /> required special attention. This is an administrative requirement of IDOT. No <br /> encroachments have been noted within the project limits. <br /> It is recommerided by staff that the City Council approve the attached ordinances; the <br /> attached resolution approving the Joint Agreement; and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to <br /> execute the ordinances, Agreement and appropriation resolution. <br /> City staff will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer questions that the <br /> Council members may have. <br /> attach: 5 <br /> cc: John W.
