+ � . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-66 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM RADIO TOWER <br /> - 4904 McDONALD AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of the Sanitary District of Decatur, for a <br /> special permit under the provisions of Section XXI(A)(1)(j) of the Zoning Ordinance to <br /> construct, operate and maintain a free-standing Global Positioning System radio tower, on <br /> property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the point of intersection of the West line of the Northeast Quarter <br /> of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Seventeen (17) <br /> North, Range Three (3) East of the 3rd P.M., Macon County, Illinois and the <br /> surveyed centerline of FAI Route 72, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, Page 410 <br /> of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, said point <br /> being Station 139+g7,85 on said surveyed centerline of FAI Route 72; thence <br /> Northerly along the West line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of Section 22 to a point 294.78 feet left of Station 139+99.19 on said <br /> surveyed centerline of FAI Route 72 said point also being the point of beginning; <br /> thence Northerly along said West line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of Section 22 to a point 490.00 feet left of Station 140+06.70 on said <br /> centerline of FAI Route 72; thence Easterly to a point 490.00 feet left of Station <br /> 141+00.00 on said surveyed centerline of FAI Route 72; thence Southerly to a <br /> point 310.00 feet left of Station 141+00.00 on said surveyed centerline of FAI <br /> Route 72; thence Westerly to the place of beginning, said tract lying immediately <br /> East of the Northeast Corner of Woodland Hills 2nd Addition; and, <br />
