A ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-60 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2029 NORTH WATER STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Ronald Mechling to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lot 10 and the North Half (%Z) of Lot 11 of Mariston Addition, as per Plat <br />� recorded in Book 149, Page 225 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Decatur City Plan Coxnmission declined to recommend that the prayer of <br /> said petition be denied. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the action of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is <br /> hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby,rezoned from R-3 Single <br /> Family Residence District to B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District. <br />
