. . � ��� � ��(�C�� �- � <br /> � <br /> � _ ��`� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-59 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS DELETING <br /> CERTAIN PROPERTIES FROM THE OLDE TOWNE TAX INCREMENT <br /> FINANCE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council (the "Corporate Authorities") of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois (the "Municipality") on May 15, 2000 adopted a series of ordinances <br /> (collectively, the "TIF Ordinances") adopting tax increment finance ("TIF"), approving a <br /> redevelopment plan (the "Plan") and a redevelopment project (the "Project") for a <br /> redevelopment project area (generally known as the "Olde Towne Redevelopment Project <br /> Area", the"Area"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Municipality desires to delete certain parcels (as described in the <br /> exhibit hereto, the "Deleted Parcels") of real estate from the Area (generally, certain parcels <br /> constituting the��Fairview Plaza" shopping center); and <br /> WHEREAS, the amendments under this ordinance effect changes which do not <br /> (1) add additional parcels of property to the proposed redevelopment project area, (2) <br /> substantially affect the general land uses proposed in the redevelopment plan, (3) substantially <br /> change the nature of the redevelopment project, (4) increase the total estimated redevelopment <br /> project cost set out in the redevelopment plan by more than 5% after adjustment for inflation <br /> from the date the plan was adopted, (5) add additional redevelopment project costs to the <br /> itemized list of redevelopment project costs set out in the redevelopment plan, or(6) increase the <br /> number of low or very low income households to be displaced from the redevelopment project <br /> area,provided that measured from the time of creation of the redevelopment project area the total <br /> displacement of the households will exceed 10. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O <br /> F III <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR,MACON COUNTY,ILLINOIS,as follows: <br /> Section 1.
