, 1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-51 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -609 EAST VAN BUREN AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of June, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br />' Comxnission held a public hearing upon the petition of Paul E. Spanbauer and others to rezone <br /> premises described as: <br /> Lots 43, 44 and 45 of F. M. Tarr's 1 st Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 335 <br /> Page 504 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District; and, <br />' WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby,rezoned from R-3 Single <br /> Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District. <br />
