' <br /> �� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-49 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -3739 NORTH TAYLOR AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of June, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Brownfield Signs to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lot One(1) of T. E.Hayes First Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 982,Page <br /> 37 of the Records in the Recorders Office of Macon County, Illimis, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District: and for a permit to <br /> develop the same as a Planned Unit Development under the provisions of Section XXI(C) of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATLJR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby,rezoned from R-1 Single <br /> Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District. <br />
