. � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-46 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -EAST OF ROUTE 48 AND NORTH OF <br /> GARVER CHURCH ROAD EXTENDED WEST- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of May, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of A. J. Krieger, Assistant City Manager, to <br /> rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2) of WMCD Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 1832 Page 338 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 Single-Family Residence District to M-1 Light Industrial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said I <br /> petition be granted. ', <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY I�, <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: �I <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. i <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 �, <br /> Single-Family Residence District to M-1 Light Industrial District. �I <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and II <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning I, <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall � <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. ! <br />
