� r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-43 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> -345-415 EAST ASH AVENUE- <br /> WHEREAS, on the l lth day of May, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Tony Romano to modify and amend a B-2 <br /> Planned Unit Development, previously approved by Ordinance No. 96-02, on premises situated <br /> in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows : <br /> Lots One (1) and Four (4) of B & R Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, <br /> Page 582 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that the modification of said Planned Unit Development as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop <br /> the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached,marked Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br />
