6. West side of Southbound U.S. Route 51, Main Street from 210 feet <br /> North of the centerline of Grand Avenue to Johnson Avenue. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force ten (10) days after <br /> and from its passage, approval and legal publication as required by law, and the City Clerk is <br /> hereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be published immediately after its due passage and <br /> approval. <br /> Section 4.
