ORDINANCE NO. 2000-30 <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - 1200 BLOCK OF FLORIDA AVENUE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, <br /> parking be, and it is hereby, prohibited at all times on the West side of Florida Avenue from the <br /> north right-of-way line of Carter Avenue 250 feet North to the dead-end of said Florida Avenue. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
