Krieger ssistant City Manager <br /> William Tu r, Building Inspection pervison.� <br /> SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending Enterprise Zone Boundary <br /> Enclosed for your consideration is an ordinance that amends the Enterprise Zone boundary. <br /> Approval of this boundary amendment will extend the Enterprise Zone benefits to the following <br /> legal description: <br />' Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16 in Block 2 of E. G. and W. L. Allen's Addition to the City of Decatur as <br /> per plat recorded in Book 300 Page 15 of the Records in the Recorders Office of Macon <br />� County; AND the alley which adjoins the Northern border of said lots which is 16 feet wide by <br /> 160 feet long. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br />� The addition of this property and the vacation of said alley will allow the present McDonald's <br /> facilit to rebuild and ex and. The ex ansion will create 10 to 15 new 'obs and retain the current <br /> Y P P J <br /> 55 employees. The total expenditure is expected to be $ 1,200,000. <br />' Passage of the ordinance will permit the applications to be submitted to the State of Illinois for <br /> approval. Staff will be present to answer any questions. <br />
