. . . l� , � � srat�ot uuno�s , �L53'7096 ,�'�`�,��a 3F��0 � � �E�s�� ��o�a ac_____�-u �rt APR 13 2000 Recorded in Book,�3Page 4� Fee l8.oo a�°�" ��Recorder ORDINANCE NO. 2000-20 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY - 2668 FINCH DRIVE - WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Tom Curry and JoAnn Curry, requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: Parcel I: Beginning at a point 660.75 feet South and 331.25 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Section 36, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., thence North along a line parallel to the East line of said Secrion 36, 330.37 . feet; thence West 66.25 feet; thence South along a line parallel with said East line of said Section 36, 330.37 feet to a point on the South line of the Northeast '/< of the Northeast '/ of the Northeast '/< of Section 36, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M.; thence East 66.25 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel II: Part of the North 'h of the North %2 of the Northeast '/ of Section 36, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 660.75 feet South and 397.5 feet West of the Northeast comer of Section 36, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., running thence North 330.37 feet; thence West for 66.25 feet; thence South for 330.37 feet;thence East 66.34 feet to the point of beginning; and, WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such temtory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and,
