� � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-14 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 5400 TIMBERLAKE DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of March, 2000, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Paul Hopkins to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 24, 25, 26 and 27 of Timberlake as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 <br /> Page 694 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to R-5 Two-Family Residence District ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 <br /> Single Family Residence District to R-5 Two-Family Residence District. <br />
