That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That the development be in accordance with the site plan dated <br /> February 9, 2000, and labeled E�ibit A hereto, and in accordance with the <br /> agreements regarding minimum berm height, green space on the South side of the <br /> proposed building, building elevation and construction, as set forth in the minutes <br /> of the City Council meeting dated March 20, 2000, and labeled Exhibit B hereto; <br /> (b) That the landscaping plan for Lot 2 to be developed in lieu of a single <br /> family residence being constructed be approved by the Planning Division prior to <br /> the issuance of any building permits; <br /> (c) That a chain or cable barrier be provided across the parking lot <br /> entrance after regular office hours if the City of Decatur determines such is <br /> necessary to control use of the lot; <br /> (d) That the petitioner will place a deed restriction on Lot 2 of Country <br /> Club Centre Addition restricting the lot to single-family residential use only; <br /> (e) That the Petitioner will show proof of this deed having been recorded <br /> with the Macon County Recorder prior to the issuance of any building permits for <br /> Lots 1 and 2; <br /> (fl That no Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued for the proposed <br /> building until such time that all landscaping has been installed to the satisfaction <br /> of the Economic and Urban Development Department; <br /> (g) That a site improvement bond be posted for landscaping <br /> improvements to be completed on Lot 1; <br /> (h) That the petitioner provide improvements to the existing drainage <br /> retention at the site, as determined by the Departrnent of Public Works to be <br /> necessary; <br /> (i) that the petitioner agrees to alter the existing and proposed exterior <br /> lighting to protect the neighboring residential area from excess lighting and glare <br /> in a manner approved by the Economic and Urban Development Department; <br /> (j) that the petitioner agrees to relocate trash receptacles to the south side <br /> of the proposed parking lot and enclose said receptacles in a suitable enclosure; <br /> and, <br />
