1 . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-12 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80-56 <br /> - SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Decatur, the same being <br /> Ordinance No. 80-56, as amended, be, and the same is hereby, modified and further amended at <br /> Section 4, paragraph 4-1, so that said paragraph 4-1, as so modified and amended, shall provide <br /> as follows: <br /> 4-1: A filing and engineering review fee shall be paid to the City Treasurer <br /> at the time a preliminary plat is filed with the Economic and Urban Development <br /> Deparirnent, or at the time a final plat is so filed if there was no preliminary plat, <br /> according to the following fee schedule: <br /> Subdivision---------------------- $125 plus $15 per lot <br /> Minor Subdivision------------- $100 plus $20 per lot <br /> Section 2. That said Subdivision Ordinance be, and the same is hereby, further modified <br /> at amended at Section 5, paragraphs 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-6 and 5-7, so that said paragraphs 5-1, 5-2, <br /> 5-3, 5-6 and 5-7, as so modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 5-1. Before submitting a preliminary plat, a subdivider may submit a <br /> sketch plan of the proposed subdivision to the Economic and Urban <br /> Development Department. The sketch plan should consist of a location <br /> map,property lot layout, location of existing and proposed public <br />
