Frank and Christine E. Frank, <br /> requesting that there be annexed to the City teiritory described as: <br /> Lot Sixty-One (61) of Wilcox Wayside Farms Addition, as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 300 Page 186 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois. <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br />� contiguous to the City and not within the corporate li.mits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, � <br /> WHEREAS,notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CTTY COUNCII. OF THE CTTY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
