S�:ET WHEREAS, a request has been received from Frank C. Tyrolt and Bernard L. Naber, owners of property abutting thereon, requesting the vacation by the City Council of that portion of alley in the City of Decatur, Illinois described as: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 10 in Block 4 of H. Robinson's Addition as per Plat recorded in Book S Page 309 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence Southerly along the Easterly lot lines of Lots 10, 9 and 8 to a point 25 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 8, thence East to a point 25 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 3 in Block 4 of said H. Robinson's Addirion; thence Northerly along the Westerly lot lines of Lots 3, 2 and 1 to the Northwest comer of Lot 1,thence Westerly 20 feet to the point of beginning; and, WHEREAS, said portion of alley is no longer useful to the public or to the City or to the owners of the property abutting thereon as an alley; and, WHEREAS, the public interest will be subserved by vacating said portion of alley and the public will be relieved from the further burden and responsibility of maintaining the same. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the above described portion of alley be, and the same is hereby, vacated as a public alley inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest
