ORDINANCE NO. 99-106 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 464 WEST DECATUR STREET - � <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of November, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of J. Michael Segraves to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lot Six (6) in Block Five (5) of Southwestern Addition, as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book N Page 440 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois. Situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-6 Multiple Dwelling District to R-3 Single-Family Residence District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> REF RE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> NOW THE O <br /> , > > <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
