Stiles, Sr. and Norma J. Stiles, <br /> requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> Lot Seventy-Three (73) of Huston Forest Acres as per Plat recorded in Book 300 <br /> Page 350 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> WHEREAS, it appeazs said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS,notice of intention ta take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> , <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same <br /> � are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a <br /> municipal corporation. <br />
