� � ORDINANCE NO. 99-101 ORDINANCE RENAMING RIEDEL AVENUE TO BOILING SPRINGS ROAD BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the name of the street located in the City of Decatur, Illinois, heretofore known as Riedel Avenue, be, and the same is hereby, changed to, and said street shall be herein- after known as, Boiling Springs Road. Section 2. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to post signs or other appropriate markings on and along said street designating the same as Boiling Springs Road. Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to notify the Decatur, Illinois branch of the United States Post Office and the County Clerk of Macon County of this ordinance by mailing a certified copy of same to each,by certified mail. Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage.
