Staff conducted traffic counts on Sunnyside and Richland and found that Sunnyside was <br /> carrying about 1,500 caxs per day and Richland had approximately 250 cars per day. The <br /> prevailing speed on Sunnyside was 40 miles per hour, or 10 miles above the posted speed <br /> limit. Staff has also contacted the City Forester regarding tree trimming along Sunnyside �, <br /> Road just north of the intersection at Richland Drive. <br /> It should be understood that if the Council decides to reverse the Zoning Board's decision, the <br /> fence will be pernutted by right and remains in complete conformance with the Zorung <br /> Ordinance. � <br />
