ORDINANCE NO. 99-91 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT AND <br /> APPOINTING ACTING CITY MANAGER <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between the City of Decatur and Rolanda Johnson for the <br /> appointment by the City of Rolanda Johnson as Acting City Manager be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3. That effective September 20, 1999, Rolanda Johnson be, and she is hereby, <br /> appointed Acting City Manager of the City of Decatur for all purposes as set out in the statutes of <br /> the State of Illinois and pursuant to the terms of the Agreement authorized hereby, and until <br /> further order of the Council. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 30th day of August, <br /> 1999. <br /> �-�-- <br /> TE M.
