Collins, Jr., Director of Community Development ��C'� J <br /> William Turner, Building Inspections Supervisor UAQ <br /> SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending Enterprise Zone Boundary <br /> Decatur Plaza Subdivision, Lot 4 <br /> Enclosed for your consideration is an ordinance that amends the Enterprise Zone boundary. <br /> Approval of this boundary amendment will extend the Enterprise Zone benefits to Lot 4 of <br /> Decatur Plaza Subdivision. <br /> The proposed project is the construction of a 20,000 square foot shopping/office complex. The <br /> project will cost approximately $1,000,000 and will create an additiona140-50 jobs upon <br /> completion. It will also increase the tra.ffic flow for the e�sting merchants in the Decatur Plaza <br /> Subdivision. <br /> Passage of the ordinance will permit the applications to be submitted to the State of Illinois for <br /> approval. Staff will be present to answer any questions. <br />
