Collins, Jr., Director of Community Dev opment d�� <br /> William Turner, Building Inspections Superviso#� <br /> SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending Enterprise Zone Boundary <br /> 4164, 4174, and 4184 North Water <br /> Enclosed for your consideration is an ordinance that amends the Enterprise Zone Boundary. <br /> Approval of this boundary amendment will extend the Enterprise Zone benefits to 4164, 4174, <br /> and 4184 North Water(legal description attached). <br /> The project is a retail center containing approximately 60,000 square feet. The estimated cost of <br /> the project is $4,500,000 which will employ 50 to 75 persons. It is also estimated that the <br /> project will generate annual sales tax revenue of$350,000 to $450,000 for the City of Decatur. <br /> Passage of the ordinance will permit the applications to be submitted to the State of Illinois for <br /> approval. Staffwill be present to answer any questions. <br />�__ <br />
