Miller, AICP, Planner�r�'`� <br /> SUBJECT: Annexation of premises commonly known as 4078 North Taylor Avenue <br /> A valid petition requesting annexation of the subject premises has been filed with the City Clerk's <br /> Office. Containing 4.0 acres, the area in question is presently vacant and being developed with a <br /> single family dwelling. The main reason for requesting annexation is to obtain city water to serve <br /> the the proposed dwelling. <br /> The following data has been compiled relative to the proposed annexation: <br /> 1. An existing watermain is located along Taylor Avenue adjacent to the <br /> subject tract; service is readily available. <br /> 2. The the nearest sanitary sewer(Sanitary District)is located at appro�mately 60 <br /> feet from the proposed structure and service is readily available. <br /> 3. Additional annual revenue is not known because the structure is under <br /> construction. <br /> Staff is of the opinion that the proposed annexation would produce a logical extension of the <br /> corporate limits. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the petition as presented. <br />
