ORDINANCE NO. 99-80 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1134. 1137 AND 1143 NORTH 18TH STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of July, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Robert D. Curry to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lot 153, 184, 185, 186 and 187 of Dodson's Second Addition to the City of <br /> Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, Pages 218 and 219 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois, <br /> from R-3 Single-Family Residence District to M-1 Light Industrial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 <br /> Single-Family Residence District to M-1 Light Industrial District. <br />
