R. Within twenty(20)feet of the driveway entrance to any fire department station <br /> and on the side of the street opposite the entrance to any such station within <br /> seventy-five (75) feet of such entrance when properly sign-posted; <br /> S. At any place where official signs prohibit parking; <br /> T. At any place designated as a fire lane. <br /> (Amended, Ordinance 2016-13,March 7,2016) (Amended, Ordinance 2013-07,July 7,2014) <br /> 33. UNAUTHORIZED MOVING OF VEHICLE. No person other than a police officer, <br /> the owner, or some person authorized by the owner thereof, shall move a vehicle into any <br /> prohibited parking area, or to any unlawful distance away from a curb or start or cause to <br /> be started the motor of any motor vehicle,or shift, change, or move the levers, brake, <br /> starting device, gears, or other mechanism of a parked motor vehicle in order to move the <br /> motor vehicle to a position other than that in which it was left by the owner or driver <br /> thereof, or attempt to do so. (Amended, Ordinance 2014-31, July 7, 2014) <br /> 34. PUBLIC BUILDINGS. When official signs are erected giving notice thereof,no person <br /> shall stand or park any vehicle longer than necessary to load or unload passengers within <br /> a space designated by official signs along the adjacent curb immediately in front of any <br /> entrance to any public building,hospital,hotel,theater or church. <br /> 35. ABANDONED OR DISABLED VEHICLES. <br /> A. No person shall stand,park, leave, or abandon any vehicle on the property of <br /> another without the consent of the owner of said property. <br /> B. No person shall stop, stand,park, or leave a vehicle on a public street or alley for <br /> a period of time in excess of 72 hours. <br />
