. � • r <br /> AMENDMENT TO LEASE <br /> The Lease between the City of Decatur, Illinois (City) and the Decatur Public <br /> Building Commission (Commission) for the lease by the City from the Commission of <br /> that portion of the Law Enforcement Center, 333 South Franklin Street, Decatur, Illinois, <br /> known as the Dispatch Center, consisting of rooms 146, 147, 148 and 150, is amended so <br /> that Section B, Term and Rent, shall read as follows: <br /> B. The term of this Lease is one (1) year beginning January 1, 2016 and ending <br /> December 31, 2016, with an annual rental of Thirty-two Thousand Seven Hundred <br /> Eighteen Dollars ($32,718) to be paid in monthly installments of Two T�iousand Seven <br /> Hundred Twenty-Six and 50/100ths Dollars ($2,726.50), with the first payment due on <br /> January l, 2016 and the succeeding payments due on the first day of each month <br /> thereafter.
