ORDINANCE NO. 99-68 ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE -HORVE BUILDERS - BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, passed the 29th day of December, 1982, be, and the same is hereby, further amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: ALSO (Amendment 16) Beginning at the West right-of-way line of North Oakland Avenue and the center line of Spring Creek, thence Southeasterly along the South right-of-way line of West McKinley Street to a tract commencing 801inks South of the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., thence South 7.76 1/2 chains, thence West 6.43 chains, thence North 7.76 chains, thence East 6.43 chains to the point of beginning, EXCEPT the two following described tracts: (A) Beginning at a point 424.38 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., thence South 565.29 feet, thence East 157.05 feet, thence North 565.29 feet, thence West 157.05 feet to the point of beginning, and (B) commencing 565.3 feet South of the Northwest corner of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M, thence West to the right-of-way of the Illinois Traction, Inc., thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way to the East line of the said West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 3, thence South to the point of beginning.
