� � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99-62 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PERSHING ROAD AND 27TH STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Earthmover Credit Union to <br /> rezone premises described as: <br /> Lot One (1) in Block One (1) of Virginia Addition as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 745 Page 200 of the records of the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> except the East 7 feet thereof and except that portion dedicated for roadway <br /> right-of-way, <br /> from O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from O-1 <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br />
