ORDINANCE NO. 99-54 <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING APPOINTMENTS <br /> CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the request for approval of appointments by the Mayor of Celeste F. <br /> Harris, City Clerk, and Beth B. Couter, City Treasurer,be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That said request be, and the same is hereby, approved, and said persons be, <br /> and they are hereby, authorized and directed to be appointed to said respective offices for the <br /> term of four years commencing May 1, 1999, and continuing to April 30, 2003, or until their <br /> respective successors are appointed and qualified. <br /> Section 3.
