• Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of April 1, 1999 <br /> Cal. No. 99-25 Petition of KEYSTONE SEIVIOR CAPITAL GROUP for approval of a <br /> Revised Planned Residential Development located at 1415 West Mound <br /> Road. <br /> Mr. Phillip Cochran, Consulting Engineer, was present and spoke for the petition representing <br /> Keystone Senior Capital Group. Mr. Cochran stated that the previous plan was approved for a 50 <br /> unit assisted living development. The revised plan as presented today is for a 59 unit development <br /> with the additional units to the south. The addition will be no closer to the lot lines than as <br /> previously approved. There will be increased parking and the storm sewer will be relocated. <br /> Mr. John questioned the provision of storm detention. Mr_ Cochran stated that there was <br /> adequate storm detention provided by the first development for this development as well. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> Ms. �ller presented the recommendation of staff: <br /> The subject petition is requesting approval of an amendment to an R-5 residential planned unit <br /> development that was originally�-anted in 1979 for a forry acre tract generally located south of <br /> West vlound Road and east ofNorth Taylor Road. The plan was amended in June 1998 to <br /> include a fifty unit assisted living facility. The present request is to add nine assisted living units �, <br /> to the 3.5 acre site. �I <br /> The proposed units will be constructed within the 30 feet setback line on the south and southwest, II <br /> and no closer than the permitted 28 feet setback line on the east. Adequate parking is provided. <br /> This amendment will have no adverse effect on the previously approved amendment for this site. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the petition provided that the additions are built according to the <br /> plans submitted with this petition and that prior to issuance of a building pernut, site plans and <br /> construction drawing are submitted to and approved by the Department of Community <br /> Development and the Department of Public Works. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Schiller/Shampine) to forward Ca1. No. 99-25 to City Council per <br /> staff recommendation. Morion carried unanimously. <br />
