f <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99-44 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1770 AND 1816 NORTH WATER STREET AND <br /> 1729. 1735 AND 1741 NORTH WITCHEL AVENUE- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of April, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Anthony Fratini to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lots Four (4), Five (5), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10) and Twelve (12) I <br /> of Whitchel's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149 '' <br /> Page 271 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-5 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-5 <br /> TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to B-2 <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br />
