• T <br /> . � <br /> •' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99-35 <br /> ORDINANCE DESIGNATING FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTION <br /> -MARYLAND AND 32ND STREETS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the intersection of Maryland and 32nd Streets in the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, designated and established as a four-way stop intersection. <br /> Section 2. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, vehicular traffic <br /> approaching said intersection from any direction, shall stop and after having stopped, shall yield the <br /> right-of-way to any vehicle which has entered the intersection from another direction or which is <br /> approaching so closely on the roadway as to constitute an immediate hazard during the time when said <br /> vehicle is moving across or within the intersection, and thereafter having so stopped and so yielded, <br /> may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than Two <br /> Hundred Dollars($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 4.
