• ' Chapter 25 <br /> Commission shall promulgate and adopt such necessary reasonable rules and regulations not <br /> inconsistent with statute, code or ordinance as may be required to carry out the purposes and <br /> intent of this Chapter and its duties and responsibilities under the provisions hereof and shall I, <br /> keep a record of such rules and regulations along with the minutes of all its acts and doin s. �i <br /> g <br /> 12. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sub-section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase <br /> of this Chapter should be declared invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the <br /> remaining portions of this Chapter which shall remain in full force and effect and to this end the <br /> provisions of this Chapter are declared to be severable. <br /> 13. PENALTY. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this <br /> Chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each <br /> offense and every day that such violation continues may be deemed to be a separate offense. <br />
