Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of March 4, 1999 <br /> Cal. No. 99-17 Petition of CECIL A. COLLINS, JR., Director of Community <br /> Development, to amend the Zoning Ordinance (Ord. #3512, Section <br /> XVI.B.13) relative to Adult Entertainment Uses <br /> Ms. Miller reported that the purpose of the amendment is to clarify language in the ordinance. <br /> This statement will change the measured distance of proposed adult use from the current structure <br /> to structure to property line to property line <br /> The added statement is For the purpose of this section, measurement shall be made from a point <br /> on the lot line of the R residential district school mobile home park, or public park to a point on <br /> the lot line of the proposed adult entertainment use. <br /> Sta.ff recommends approval. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Schiller/John)to forward Cal. No. 99-17 to City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
