� Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of March 4, 1999 <br /> Cal. No. 99-15 Petition of JERRY MYERSCOUGH for approval of a Revised Planned <br /> Unit Development located at 4303 North Prospect Avenue. <br /> Mr. Jerry Myerscough was present and spoke for the petition stating that the location is Arby's <br /> Roast Beef and there is currently not enough parking. There is enough space to add ten parking <br /> spaces in front of the property and alleviate congestion. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> Ms. Miller presented the recommendation of staff: <br /> This Arby's location was part of the Planned Unit Development for Wal-mart (P.C. Cal. No. <br /> 90-04 and Ordinance No. 90-19). Mr. Myerscough has presented a site plan showing ten <br /> additional parking spaces located on the west side of the building. The additional parking is <br /> needed to help relieve congestion on the site. The plan has had a preliminary review by Planning <br /> and Engineering and appears to meet with approval. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the revised Planned Unit Development and reminds the petitioner <br /> that the Site Plan must be submitted for approval by the Departments of Public Works and <br /> Community Development. <br /> It was moved and seconded (John/Schiller) to forward Cal. No. 99-15 to City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
