r ORDINANCE NO. 99-27 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT -PAINTBALL AMUSEMENT CENTER- - GENERALLY LOCATED AT ROUTES 48 AND 105 - WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steve Borchers and Mary Borchers for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI(A)(1)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to use the premises described below for an amusement park development, said use being the operation of a Paintball Amusement Center on premises being legally described as follows: Parts of the East 1/2 of Section 21, Township 16 North, Range 2 East and the West 1/2 of Section 22, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of Macon County, Illinois,more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 454.5 feet West and 570.31 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4, Section 21, T16N, R2E, thence East 86 feet and at an angle of 57° 06' from the easement line; thence 87° 31' from the easement line to the North a distance of 201.5 feet to a point on the North Section line of the Southeast 1/4 Section 21, T16N, R2E, said point being 330 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 21, T16N, R2E, thence East 330 feet to the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21; thence 570.31 feet; thence West 187.21 feet; thence North 160 feet; thence West 115 feet; thence South 160 feet; thence West 93.60 feet; thence North 15 feet; thence West 50 feet to the point of beginning, and including Lot Four (4) of Video Place, as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 162 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such special permit be granted.
