s . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99-26 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> GENERALLY LOCATED AT ROUTES 48 AND 105 <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steve Borchers and Mary Borchers to <br /> rezone premises described as: <br /> Parts of the East 1/2 of Section 21, Township 16 North, Range 2 East and the <br /> West 1/2 of Section 22, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of Macon County, <br /> Illinois,more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point 454.5 feet West and 570.31 feet South of the Northeast <br /> corner of the Southeast 1/4, Section 21, T16N, R2E, thence East 86 feet and at an <br />' angle of 57° 06' from the easement line; thence 87° 31' from the easement line to <br /> the North a distance of 201.5 feet to a point on the North Section line of the <br /> Southeast 1/4 Section 21, T16N, R2E, said point being 330 feet West of the <br /> Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 21, T16N, R2E, thence East 330 <br /> feet to the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21; thence 570.31 <br /> feet; thence West 187.21 feet; thence North 160 feet; thence West 115 feet; thence <br /> South 160 feet; thence West 93.60 feet; thence North 15 feet; thence West 50 feet <br /> to the point of beginning, and including Lot Four (4) of Video Place, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 300 Page 162 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br />
