r <br /> I J � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99-25 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1932 EAST WILLIAM STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March, 1999, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Brad Hunter and Connie Hunter to rezone <br /> premises described as: il <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the North line of William Street with the West <br /> line of the East one-half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 16 <br /> North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., running thence East along the North line of <br /> William Street 3.39 chains, running thence North 168 feet, thence West 20 feet, <br /> thence North 152 feet, thence East 20 feet, thence North 30 feet to the center of <br /> North Street produced East, thence West along the centerline of North Street so <br /> produced East to the West line of the East one-half of the Northwest Quarter of <br /> said Section 13,thence South to the place of beginning; AND, <br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Eight (8) of E. G. and W. L. Allen's Addition <br /> to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 15 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-5 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br />
