. . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 99-15 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE <br /> -TAYLOR PHARMACEUTICALS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COLJNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, passed the 29th day of December, 1982, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, further amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said E�ibit <br /> the following: <br /> ALSO (Amendment 13) <br /> Beginning at the North and East corner of the Westdale Shopping Center <br /> (Fairview Plaza), a tract three (3) feet in width, Northerly along the West <br /> right-of-way line of Illinois Route 48 to the West right-of-way line of North <br /> University Avenue; thence North to the North right-of-way line of West Grand <br /> Avenue; thence West along the North right-of-way line of West Grand Avenue <br /> to and including Lot Six (6) of Taylor Subdivision, Lot Five (5), the North <br /> 112.22 feet of Lot Four (4) and the North 75 feet of Lot Two (2) as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 1575 Page 130 of the records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Section 2. That except as amended hereby the provisions of Ordinance No. 82-122, as <br /> amended, shall be, and remain, in full force and effect and shall apply to the premises herein described. <br /> PRESENTED, FASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED ' /J�ebruary, 1999. <br /> ERRY M.
